Felt a bit better today. Not yet myself, and I’m still pissed about the hard drive issue, but overall better.
Gonna eventually take the hard drive to a repair to know if it can be repaired and if it’s worth it. If not and the support is salvageable I’ll just format it and start re-downloading everything. I gave some stuff to my family so they must have some of my movies and shows on their own drives.

My laptop had a weird bug and now my external hard drive with all of my movies and shows (including Wednesday of course) is dead.
I can’t access anything.
I’m in shambles. I spent the day crying bc I had a flare-up and felt like absolute shit and as I was feeling better I want to watch something and now it’s all gone. Years of data.
I tried to fix it but it says it can’t access it until it’s formatted, which would mean losing everything. So I fear it really is over for this.
Years of movies and shows. Just gone.
In a moment where I’m really not in a good place mentally to do troubleshooting and find solutions. And where I really needed the comfort of even just having stuff accessible.
Fuck that. It’s so unfair.
So yeah, until we can get it to a repair store to confirm if anything can be salvaged, this hard drive is dead. Bye bhe my comfort shows.

We ordered another hard drive so I can secure my other data and either switch to Linux or reinstall windows. Which sucks cuz money is always tight.
I was already feeling very bad, with a constant feeling of dépersonnalisation and feeling like something terrible was about to happen. A mix of extreme anxiety and depression. I was starting to feel a bit better when this happened. Now I’m feeling extremely bad. It’s triggering bc I tend to ne a hoarder for comfort and this is just telling me “Nope, nothing is constant and you can lose things you hold dear in an instant”
